Refund & Exchange Policy – Iqra Collections
At Iqra Collections, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Refund Policy (Domestic & International)
We do not offer refunds for domestic or international customers once the order has been dispatched.
2. Partial Refund (Prepaid Orders Only)
A partial refund is available only within 2 days of placing a prepaid order, before dispatch.
To request a partial refund, you must contact us in writing via email or WhatsApp within this period.
Example: If you placed an order for multiple items and later decide to cancel one or more, we will refund the corresponding amount within 7 working days.
3. International Orders
No return or exchange for international orders unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing the package as proof in case of a wrong or damaged item.
4. Sale Items
Products purchased during sale promotions are not eligible for return or exchange unless an incorrect item was delivered.
5. Return/Exchange Procedure
Products must be unused, with tags and labels intact.
Returns and exchanges can be made only through the online store.
